Euro Area Economy in a Snapshot is a quarterly publicatiŠ¾n produced by the CEIC Macroeconomic Research Team. The report is designed to provide a comprehensive, albeit concise overview of the current economic and financial developments. The Euro Area Economy in a Snapshot report is produced using data from CEIC's Global Database.

 

In Q1 2023, Euro Area GDP increased by just 0.1% on a seasonally adjusted, real-terms basis, according to a preliminary “flash” estimate from Eurostat, which now includes Croatia as the 20th member of the single currency area.
