Our tool is fully web-based. You can login, search and download from any computer and any browser after registering and creating your credentials for CDMNext.
For refreshing your earlier downloads, please make sure you have our CDMNext toolbar installed (available in your internal site and under CDMNext>Help>Excel Add-in).
If you don't have access to CEIC yet, please contact your market data team and your account manager at CEIC (see below) to get your user name.
